A fixed Google package for the sites you build
Tracking, Business Profile, one Search campaign, and a written report at 60 days. You make one introduction and stay copied on everything. We do not design, we do not rebuild, and we do not pitch your client anything.
Your client asked a fair question. This is a straight answer you can hand them
A few weeks after a launch, clients ask whether they should be running Google Ads. It is a reasonable question and it deserves a real answer, but answering it properly means setting up tracking, fixing the Business Profile, building a campaign and then reading the numbers honestly. That is a job, and it is not the job you were hired for.
So we made it one fixed piece of work with a defined scope and an end date. You introduce us, we scope it with your client, and 60 days later there is a written report telling both of you what happened and whether it is worth continuing. If the answer is no, the report says no.
- Will you go after my client? No. NDA with non-solicit signed before we see an account, and we sell one thing: this package. No design, no hosting, no rebuilds.
- Do you touch the site I built? One tracking snippet, and we tell you exactly what it is and where it goes. You can place it yourself if you prefer. We never edit design, content or structure.
- What does my client pay?A fixed fee, quoted in writing before anything starts, plus their ad budget paid straight to Google. We take no percentage of spend and there is no retainer at the end.
- How much of my time? One introduction email. A 30-minute call you are welcome to join and not required to. Then you are copied on everything until the report.
- What if it does not work? The report says so, in writing, and the package ends. We would rather tell you that than sell your client a retainer they do not need.
Rate sheet is one page and comes back the same business day. Ask for it here.
Four pieces, the same every time
Fixed scope. Nothing is added mid-project without you and your client agreeing to it in writing first.
Tracking that actually records something
GA4 and Search Console verified on the live domain. Form submissions and phone calls set up as conversions, then tested with a real submission and a real call. Documented so whoever comes next can find it. Installed before launch when the timeline allows, because the first month of data cannot be recovered afterwards.
A Business Profile that matches the site
Claimed or recovered, categories chosen deliberately, services and hours completed, photos uploaded, phone number matched to the one on the site. For a local business this is the half of Google a website cannot do on its own, and it is usually the half nobody has touched.
One Search campaign, built properly
Core service and area, exact and phrase match, a negative list from day one, ad copy written from the site you built, and conversion tracking wired before the first dollar is spent. The daily budget is agreed with your client in writing and does not move without them saying so.
A report at 60 days, in plain English
Leads, what each one cost, where they came from, what the site did versus what the ads did, and one recommendation: continue, change something specific, or stop. Written for your client to read without anyone translating it, and copied to you.
What happens, and when
From your introduction to the report on their desk. Your involvement is the first box and then whatever you choose.
Day 0
You send one email introducing us, or send your client the answer-script page and let them come to us. Tell us it is your client and the terms below apply from that moment.
Within 3 working days
A 30-minute call with your client: the service, the area, a budget they are comfortable with, and the phone number that gets answered. You are welcome on it and not needed on it.
Weeks 1 and 2
Tracking installed and tested, Business Profile completed, campaign built and live on the agreed budget. You get a short note saying what went on the site and what went live.
Day 60
The written report to your client, copied to you, with a recommendation that is allowed to be “stop”. Anything further is a separate conversation with you in it.
What it costs, and what happens if it goes badly
Two amounts, kept separate. The package fee is fixed and quoted in writing before anything starts. Your client’s ad budget goes directly to Google at an amount they set. We do not take a percentage of spend, we do not hold their money, and there is no retainer waiting at the end — the package finishes with the report.
The risk you are carrying is not really money, though. It is that you recommended someone, they were poor, and your client remembers who introduced them. So: you are copied on every report and every recommendation, which means your client never knows something about their own project that you do not. If we think the package will not help before we start, we say so and do not take the work. And if your client is unhappy with us, that is ours to fix and we say so to them in writing. It does not touch the site you built.
- ReferYou make the introduction, we invoice your client directly, you are copied on everything, and you are paid a fee on each package. Nothing to manage and nothing to invoice.
- ResellYou buy at a wholesale rate and invoice your client yourself at whatever you decide. Reporting arrives unbranded or in your template. Your client sees one supplier: you.
- Either wayDecided per client, not signed for a year. No minimum number of packages, no exclusivity, no volume commitment.
- On paper firstNDA with non-solicit and the one-page rate sheet, both back the same business day, before any client is named.
Studios launching a site or two a month usually resell. Studios launching a few a year usually refer. Start whichever way suits the client in front of you.
The rest of what studios ask
You build websites. Why would I send you my client?
Fair question, and the reason it is answered in writing rather than promised warmly. We build sites for our own projects, not for hire. The NDA every studio signs includes a non-solicit, and the only thing we sell your client is this package. If they ask us about design, hosting or a rebuild, we send them back to you.
What exactly goes on my site?
A tracking snippet, and any conversion tags it needs. We tell you what it is and where it goes before it goes there, and you can place it yourself if you would rather. Nothing else is touched: no design, no content, no structure, no plugins we did not clear with you.
Is there a retainer at the end of this?
Not automatically. The package ends at the 60-day report. If the numbers justify ongoing management, that is a separate conversation with you in the room, and if they do not, the report says stop. We would rather lose the follow-on than have you regret the introduction.
My client already has someone doing their ads. Is this worth it?
Often not, and we will say so. Where it is worth it is when nobody can answer basic questions: what a lead costs, which ones came from ads, whether the phone number on the profile matches the site. If their current setup answers those, leave it alone.
Can we start with a client whose site launched a while ago?
Yes, it works the same. The only difference is that whatever tracking history exists before we arrive is whatever was there. Most studios start with the client who is asking right now rather than waiting for the next launch.
What if the honest answer is SEO, not ads?
Then the report says that, and the tracking and Business Profile work still stands, because it is the foundation either way. We do organic search too, under the same terms, described on the white label page. Nobody gets moved onto an SEO retainer without you in the conversation.
Start with the client who is asking right now
The one-page rate sheet and the NDA with the non-solicit come back the same business day. No client is named until you have both.
